If you need to cancel your order please email us at info@365cycles.com. We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests but we do not guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has been processed through our warehouse. Your understanding of this matter is appreciated.

Pricing Policy

The prices on our website are set to active pricing. This means we are always giving you the best price possible. If we are able to lower the price because of product or shipping discounts we are receiving then we will pass that onto you. Prices may fluctuate and we do not offer a Price Guarantee so if the price changes after you have made a purchase there will not be a refund issued. The purchase price is accurate for the time you placed the order.

Return Policy

Is your order not what you were expecting? Please contact us so we can help you with your return. 

We have a 30-day return policy for orders within the US (lower 48 States only). We offer refunds on returned items that are brand new and in their undamaged, original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A pre-paid return label will be provided for you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once we process the return. Damaged, installed, and used items as well as those without original packaging are eligible for returns, but will only receive a partial refund.
